The makings of a couch potato

It's a hard days night

I should be sleeping like a log!
And hey, someone's glad that its her bed time...

My first Vacation

Yercaud in winter is a nice place to chill (pun intended!)

There, I have conquered the peak

And here's the war cry...

Dribbling

Not in the footballing context, as you can see.
Well, if looks could kill...

Bare assed

and shocked at seeing the world upside down!

And then she was assigned her place

The cradle does have a bit of history - it is made of cane, is 35 years old and freshly painted. I believe stress tests were done before Kimaya made this her bed.

Its the contortionist again

And this is her name

The name on top is Madhuravani - my mother's maiden name.
The one below is Kimaya - the subject of the blog.
Kimaya means divine in sanskrit; miracle in marathi and magic in pushtu.

No - she hasn't had a growth spurt

That's my neice at her naming ceremony!

Of hoops and chains

We are imprisoned in the realm of life, like a sailor on his tiny boat, on an infinite ocean

Ewww... pain in the neck?

Yipee... I can be a contortionist

Maybe it is not such a bad place after all!

She's calmed down a little...

But check out her fists; hold your guard mate - don't let her sock you!

Her first few hours

The first few hours - her irritation at being exposed to the big, bad world is evident
